Fort Lewis Car Accident Kills Soldier; Injures Two

Comments Off

On January 6 near North Fort Lewis, a 20-year-old soldier likely lost control of her car, which caused her to slide in front of an oncoming car. That car then T-boned the soldier’s car. The soldier was pronounced dead shortly after the accident. Of the two women in the other car, one was treated with minor injuries and one remained in critical condition as of January 19.

Although the soldier did not survive the accident, the two women may have a claim for their injuries. Insurance is paid to cover accidents like these. Therefore, these women should contact a personal injury attorney to learn more about their rights and options.
