A 55-year old Washington State Ferries employee recently ran over a pedestrian as he was driving away from work. The ferry worker was leaving Colman Dock at approximately 7:30 a.m. and was attempting to turn right onto Alaskan Way in downtown Seattle. Police investigating the accident stated that the ferry worker may not have seen the pedestrian as he approached from the right. The pedestrian, a 50-year old male, was rushed to Harborivew Medical Center where he was listed in critical condition.
