A man trying to walk across Aurora Avenue North was hit and killed by a vehicle Friday night. The man, in his mid-50s, apparently was jaywalking near North 115th Street when he was hit at about 9 p.m. by a female driver, according to Seattle Police. The man was not using a nearby crosswalk, police said.
