On March 14, a car carrying five, including the driver, struck a dirt embankment, spun, crashed into a tree and flipped over. It then burst into flames. Two 20-year-old passengers were killed in the crash. Authorities have arrested the 18-year-old driver on suspicion of two counts of vehicular homicide.
