The woman who died in a Redmond car crash early Sunday has been identified by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office as Emily Smith, 22.
Smith, of Bothell, died when an eastbound 1993 Honda Prelude in which she was riding left Redmond Way near Willows Road about 2 a.m. Sunday, went through a guardrail and hit a tree, Redmond police reported. The driver, 21, of Redmond, was taken to Harborview Medical Center.
The family of Ms. Smith may have a wrongful death claim. It is important they speak to a personal injury attorney. For more information about claims arising from motor vehicle accidents–including the rights of injured passengers–click here: Personal Injury Answers.
