On April 9, a car hit a barrier on the entrance ramp to I-705 and flipped over. The woman, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was trapped inside the car. It took 40 minutes to free her from the car. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The fact that an individual was not wearing a seatbelt in an accident cannot be introduced in court. Therefore, you should contact a personal injury attorney even if you think your actions may have contributed to your injuries. A personal injury lawyer can advise you on the rules of evidence and discuss your options. For more information on this accident, please see: Car crash kills woman not wearing seat belt.
